Job Overview:

This role involves leading the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning programs. The successful candidate will implement a comprehensive review of the capability framework and align it with the Learning Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning programs.
  • Maintain and implement the Capability Framework.
  • Develop performance frameworks and talent development models.
  • Design skills taxonomy aligned to the job family framework.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience leading a learning team or similar role in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Expertise in learning strategy, design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Experience managing learning systems and enterprise capability frameworks.

To be successful, you will need strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model.
