We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team in Melbourne CBD.
This is a unique opportunity for a medical professional to conduct pre-employment suitability examinations for Australian Defence Force candidates, providing high-quality, comprehensive assessments while working as part of a dedicated healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical governance and structured training, as well as experience working in a similar role.
As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
About the Role- Conduct pre-employment suitability examinations for Australian Defence Force candidates.

- Australian Citizenship
- Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration (General Registration minimum)
- Ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance (we will support you through this process)
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the health and wellbeing of candidates.
