Job Title: Occupational Health and Environmental Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Health and Environmental Specialist to assist with the development of a comprehensive project safety management system and programs. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on occupational health and environmental policies, management guidelines, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement management plans and associated documentation.
- Provide guidance to clients and stakeholders on occupational health and environmental best practices.
- Evaluate contractor documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports, including recommendations on occupational health and environmental management and statistics.
Requirements:
- A valid work visa for Australia.
- No less than 5 years of experience in occupational health and environmental management or project management.
- Experience working on renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
- A degree qualification in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in a consultancy environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with reporting and planning software.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with strong report writing abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a national team.
- Strong time management skills, ability to think critically, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
