Job Title: Occupational Health Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Health Specialist to lead strategic health, occupational hygiene, and wellbeing initiatives. This role will involve implementing, coordinating, and overseeing the occupational health, hygiene, and wellbeing strategy and initiatives across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives across the group.
  • Develop and implement health and hygiene risk assessments and monitoring programs.
  • Analyse data to report trends and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive the Health & Wellbeing Strategy with initiatives that support good physical and mental health.
  • Participate in psychosocial risk management strategy and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field.
  • Experience in managing occupational hygiene programs and delivering risk-based solutions across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
  • Effective communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement across all levels.
