About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Client Director to join our team at Dentsu in Sydney. As a Client Director, you will be responsible for managing senior client relationships and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic recommendations to drive growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of direct and indirect reports, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Media Buying Expertise: Utilize your expertise in media buying to deliver effective and efficient media plans that meet client objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering results and growing client relationships.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, training, and development.
  • Media Buying Expertise: Strong knowledge of media buying principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective media plans.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and revenue.
