Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support our clients across the region. This exciting role involves installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced instrumentation, as well as performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced Agilent instrumentation.
  • Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance.
  • Advising clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.
  • Be involved in complex, multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments.
  • Longer term you may provide our customers with application-level support and training.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a relevant Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology.

A proactive approach, team spirit and eagerness to build strong cross functional relationships will ultimately drive your success.

You enjoy being in front of customers and supporting them while demonstrating your technical expertise.

Both domestic and international travel plays a big part of this role, and it can take you to some incredible places.
