Graduate Field Service Engineer

Your role as a Graduate Field Service Engineer will be at the heart of our customer experience - delivering service excellence that sets us apart in the industry. With a background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related scientific discipline, you will play a key role in supporting our clients across the region.

  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced instrumentation (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems, and more).
  • Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance.
  • Advising clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.
  • Be involved in complex, multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments.

Key skills include:

  • Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology.
  • Proactive approach, team spirit and eagerness to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation installation, configuration, and commissioning.
  • Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
