  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced instrumentation including LC, GC, MS, and more.
  • Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Advising clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.
  • Be involved in complex deployments in laboratory environments.
  • Long term you may provide application-level support and training.
Requirements

To be successful, you should have a relevant Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology.

You enjoy being in front of customers and supporting them while demonstrating technical expertise.

Domestic and international travel plays a big part of this role, taking you to incredible places.
