You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service excellence to our customers across the region as a Graduate Field Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instrumentation Deployment and Maintenance: You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning advanced instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure instruments operate at peak efficiency.
  • Client Advisory Services: Advise clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Complex Instrument Deployments: Participate in multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments, driving strategic business growth.
Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should possess a relevant Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology. Your proactive approach, team spirit, and eagerness to build strong cross-functional relationships will ultimately drive your success.
