We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Graduate Field Service Engineer. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence that sets us apart in the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Instrumentation Installation and Commissioning: You will install, configure, and commission advanced instrumentation systems (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems) to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to guarantee instrument reliability.
- Client Support and Advisory Services: Advise clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to enhance instrument performance and reliability.
- Complex Instrument Deployments: Be involved in multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments.
- Long-term Application-level Support: Provide application-level support and training to customers.
To succeed in this position, you should have a relevant Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology. You must enjoy interacting with customers and demonstrating your technical expertise.
This role requires extensive domestic and international travel, which can take you to various locations.
