Your Role

We're looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team of high-performing, passionate professionals. As part of this fun-loving and dedicated group, you'll be at the heart of Agilent's customer experience—delivering service excellence that sets us apart in the industry.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:-Installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced instrumentation-Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance-Advising clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability-Be involved in complex, multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you should have a relevant Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology. However, your proactive approach, team spirit and eagerness to build strong cross-functional relationships will ultimately drive your success.
