About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team of skilled professionals. As part of this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning advanced scientific instruments. You will also perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance. Additionally, you will advise clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a relevant Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline. You should also possess excellent technical skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service.
