Your Role

As a Sales Specialist in our Business Development Centre, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and guiding customers through the online sales process. Your tasks will include handling deposits, contracts, finance and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage online leads and sales from inquiry to final sale.
  • Conduct virtual demos and assist with finance/insurance conversions.
  • Respond to customer queries and manage escalations.
  • Maintain CRM data and collaborate with in-store teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in online sales or other sales roles.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
