About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Trainer to join our team. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to our learners.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in training and teaching IT professionals, with a strong background in certification courses such as Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, CompTIA, Cisco, and AWS. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to different learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training content aligned with course outlines or specifications.
  • Assess assignments, practice work, and monitor learner progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide regular feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT.
  • Masters & PhD's will get preference.
  • Microcredentials of IT professional certificates like: Microsoft, Google, AWS, CompTIA, Cisco, Salesforce, etc.
  • Training & teaching experience as an IT trainer. Minimum 2 to 3 years.
  • IT Industry work experience minimum 3 to 5 years.
