Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop engaging Computer-Based Training content using Adobe Captivate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on training design and development activities
- Influence the creation of technical and operational training solutions that meet industry best practices
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our training products
- Extensive experience in developing complex Computer-Based Training using Adobe Captivate
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective online learning experiences and SCORM-packaged eLearning resources
- Ability to define learning objectives and design curriculum
- Proficiency in graphic design, video, and sound editing to produce high-quality instructional media
