Job Description

The Capability Specialist plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting training delivery and learning initiatives for Contact Centre and Bereavement Centre teams.

  • Scope, design, and develop training modules for Contact Centre and Bereavement Centre teams, as well as Member Resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Member Resolutions to ensure consistency and efficiency in training design and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in building and implementing training programs.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative mindset, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with and through others, strong presentation and facilitation skills.
