Job Description

As a seasoned Business Performance Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping business owners elevate their operations and drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in coaching, with experience in guiding businesses to achieve maximum performance and growth.

You will work closely with 20-30 individual business owners, providing strategic guidance on succession planning, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching business owners to shift complacency and unlock untapped revenue opportunities
  • Providing strategic guidance on succession planning, resource optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Setting and reviewing financial KPIs, co-creating growth plans, and delivering measurable results
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Coach, Operations Manager, or Business Development Lead
  • Strong financial acumen to understand levers to pull and improve profitability
  • Exceptional coaching, influencing, and communication skills
