Drive Transformation and Success as a Senior Project Manager

You will lead complex SAP upgrade, migration, and development projects, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes and enhancements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute projects aligned with budget, schedule, and quality requirements, tracking and reporting progress through the organization's framework.
  • Apply project and change management discipline, processes, and tools to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions for each project.
  • Identify and assess key stakeholders, gather technical, functional, and business requirements, and define objectives and benefits for each project.
  • Develop a business case for each project, including high-level strategy, budget, timeline, technology stack, and preferred vendor selection, for presentation to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architecture teams to champion continuous improvement of SAP delivery, leveraging enablers like test automation, data management tooling, and enterprise architecture management.

With at least 10 years of experience managing complex projects in asset-intensive industries, backed by a strong track record of driving results in challenging environments, you will thrive in this role.

The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field, along with a recognized Project Management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent credential.

Additionally, you will possess:

  • Strong Communication Skills - demonstrated experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability - ability to work in ambiguous situations with resilience, tenacity, and a propensity to persevere, moving rapidly and seamlessly between strategic vision and tactical level work plans.
  • Risk Mitigation Expertise - proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, anticipating and effectively communicating implications to other projects within the portfolio for coordinated and seamless project execution.
