Right at Home Australia, a leading provider of in-home care and support services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Performance Coach to join our national team. In this influential role, you will report into the Head of Franchise Operations and work directly with our franchise network—guiding and mentoring business owners to build high-performing, financially successful, and compliant operations.

What You'll Do:

Coach for Profit – Guide franchisees in achieving and exceeding their financial goals through performance analysis, sales improvement, and strategic planning.

Drive Business Success – Provide hands-on financial coaching and business advice to optimise operations and increase profitability.

Train & Empower – Deliver engaging workshops and 1:1 sessions on sales strategy, compliance, leadership, and operational excellence.

Ensure Compliance – Conduct audits, monitor aged care regulations, and assist with continuous improvement plans.

Partner with Passion – Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to small business owners, helping them grow sustainable, values-driven enterprises.

Travel Nationally – Visit franchisees across Australia, offering face-to-face support and creating strong local impact

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in business coaching, sales strategy, or financial performance management

A strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ideally in health, aged care, or franchising)

An engaging communicator with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead

Analytical mindset – confident in interpreting KPIs and business metrics

Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to support our franchise network
