About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our National Campaigns team at Stockland, based in our Sydney head office. As a key member of our Brand and Channels team, you will contribute to the delivery of key business metrics and build brand reputation and perception through the implementation of national strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for national campaigns, with a focus on local level customization for all business units across the enterprise.
  • Support the positioning of the Stockland brand through customer communication initiatives, driving improvement in key brand attributes, brand health, consideration, and win rate.
  • Manage brand consideration and customer enquiry and sales through impactful through-the-line campaigns and AO baseline programs.
  • Develop best practice content to support all business units across the enterprise at a national, state, and local level.
  • Collaborate with the lifecycle marketing team to bring to life the customer journey through the acquisition funnel and beyond.
  • Manage external agencies and internal teams from brief to implementation, leading the implementation phase of communications activity.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Retail Marketing management experience is essential.
  • Brand and acquisition campaign experience with a strong focus on digital channels, including website content development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience managing external agencies.
  • Budget managing experience, of up to $500k and delivering projects on time and to or under budget.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
