We're looking for a talented individual to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional service and strong cost outcomes through continuous improvement and optimisation of motor claims processes across the Third-Party Recoveries & Settlements team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of being Australia's best insurer. As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a crucial role in analysing and identifying areas of improvement in claims handling, reducing costs, minimising leakage including fraud detection, enhancing third-party customer experience, and expediting the settlements and recovery process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Optimisation: Conduct thorough analysis of existing claims processes to identify bottlenecks, gaps, handoffs, and areas for improvement to improve overall claim outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with key stakeholder groups across the business to identify automation opportunities, implement digital solutions, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve claim outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics and Tracking: Develop performance metrics and implement tracking systems to monitor the effectiveness of process optimisation initiatives.
  • Team Development and Support: Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders to support engagement and effective optimisation outcomes, provide process training and support to team members, and lead change management efforts.

What We Offer
