About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Writer to drive operational excellence and support delivering exceptional service and strong cost outcomes through continuous improvement of motor claims procedures.

You will:

  • Support the Recoveries & Settlements business functions with composing and maintaining technical workflows and procedures in HIYA.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain best practice knowledge to sustain or improve the capability and effectiveness of Recoveries & Settlements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and SMEs to complete regular reviews of procedures, ensuring knowledge is always refreshed and up-to-date.
  • Foster effective relationships with stakeholders to support engagement, gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure smooth procedure implementation.
  • Contribute as a Recoveries & Settlements Change Champion/Knowledge expert to identify departmental and cross-functional impacts, implement, and embed knowledge changes as required.
  • Monitor and identify continuous improvement opportunities for Recoveries & Settlements.
About You

We're looking for a motivated individual with demonstrated experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting processes and procedures to a high standard.

Your skills include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in translating complex information into clear and logical written formats.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective time management, planning, and prioritization, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
