Job Summary:

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role within our Service department. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service team and driving growth opportunities while ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Maximise and maintain growth opportunities whilst ensuring the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner
  • Ownership and accountability of the performance and daily activities of the Service department
  • Ensuring achievement of all internal KPI's and manufacturer targets and dealer standards
  • Overall productivity of the team and ensuring all work has been completed and quality checked to the highest standards
  • Ensuring a quality customer experience at all touchpoints for both internal and external customers
  • Working closely with Sales and Parts departments
  • Previous experience working as a Service Manager within the Automotive Industry
  • Great people and leadership skills to lead, mentor and motivate the Service Team
  • Sound knowledge of workshop processes and procedures
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets and work under pressure
  • Hardworking, committed and highly organised
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
  • A drive to succeed
