Employment Services Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our operations across multiple regions and sites. As a State Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, leading a team of Area Managers, and guiding them in delivering sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive leadership and management experience in employment services, disability services, or a related human services field. You will be responsible for providing operational oversight, leveraging systems and tools to analyze performance metrics, and facilitating training and development to ensure high-quality person-centred services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and empower a team of Area Managers and their teams to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within a participant-focused service delivery model
- Leverage systems, tools, and reports to analyze and monitor individual, site, and area performance and quality metrics
- Facilitate training and development to ensure the provision of high-quality person-centred services
- Extensive leadership and management experience in employment services, disability services, or a related human services field
- Proven experience managing multiple regions or large teams with strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Commercially astute with experience using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth
