About the Role:

  • Drive a zero-harm safety culture by overseeing all aspects of OH&S, identifying and rectifying hazards, maintaining plant and equipment, and conducting regular inspections
  • Maintain a positive working culture across the Service department through effective mentoring, training, and collaboration
  • Partner with customers proactively and consistently to maintain relationships and satisfaction
  • Drive departmental net and gross profit by achieving commercial KPIs, managing financials, and controlling costs
