High-Rise Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity to lead the entire lifecycle of a prestigious new build, from pre-construction through to project delivery across multiple stages.

  • Take ownership of the project's vision and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
  • Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
  • Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment.
  • Identify potential challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director in high-rise multi-residential construction.
  • Strong expertise in managing projects of $100M+ value.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to manage both the big picture and the finer details.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
