  • About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years' experience in project management, particularly in façade, glazing, or cladding systems. A degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture is also required. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading full project lifecycles from planning and procurement to delivery and installation. You will oversee materials, labour, subcontractors, and resources to achieve program milestones while ensuring quality, compliance, and safety through on-site leadership and inspections.

  • Build strong partnerships with Tier 1 builders, architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and safety through on-site leadership and inspections
  • Provide accurate project reporting, identify risks, and implement effective solutions

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

  • 5–10+ years' project management experience in façade, glazing, or cladding systems
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture
  • Proven success leading complex, large-scale projects to time, cost, and quality targets
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project (or similar tools)
