A well-established builder with an impressive portfolio of commercial projects seeks a skilled Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality interiors.
Job OverviewThe company specializes in various commercial projects, renowned for their processes, quality, and drive.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a new build commercial project in Brisbane, collaborating closely with the Site Manager to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure safe delivery and execution of the building, adhering to time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Manage OHS and site safety protocols.
- Coordinate multiple teams to achieve desired results.
- Troubleshoot onsite issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the Project Manager.
- Contribute to the development of work methods, construction programs, and planned workload.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and maintain site inductions as required.
- Experience working for a reputable builder or developer in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience as a Foreman or equivalent role.
- Large residential or commercial experience highly regarded.
- Excellent people management skills and leadership abilities.
- Able to lead from the front and work effectively within a team environment.
