Project Director

We are seeking an accomplished project director to lead our luxury high-rise development in Brisbane.

About the Role:
  • Taking ownership of the project's vision and aligning stakeholders for outstanding results.
  • Working closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during pre-construction to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
  • Managing construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks for seamless execution.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants for a collaborative project environment.
  • Identifying potential challenges and implementing strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a senior project manager in high-rise multi-residential construction.
  • Strong expertise in managing projects of over $100M value.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A strategic thinker capable of managing both the big picture and finer details.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
