The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our Development Management and Client-Side Project Management division. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with directors to deliver exceptional built environments.

About You

You will have a strong foundation in construction management and 2-4 years' experience working for a commercial principal building contractor in Brisbane. Experience working on medium to high rise residential projects is highly desirable.

You will be a high-energy individual, eager to own and drive your own development, and consistently demonstrate initiative, emotional intelligence, and commercial acumen. You will be client-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid grounding in construction but aspirations to work in a role more closely associated with property development. A contract administrator from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Building contractor would be ideal.

You do not need to be the finished article. This is a first-class career development opportunity for someone who demonstrates the traits listed above. You will be working with industry leaders who have all played key parts in some of Brisbane's well-known and highly respected Property, Development and Construction Companies.
