Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute supplier invoice reconciliations under the guidance of the Billing and Accounts Team Leader.
  • Leverage our cutting-edge Transport Management System (TMS) to upload supplier invoices.
  • Analyze and investigate variances in costs, championing credit claims with suppliers.
  • Raise recurring billing and credit issues with the Billing and Accounts Team Leader.
