Job Description

BROOK Recruitment, a boutique agency in South Yarra, seeks an energetic and proactive Business Development Specialist to drive new business opportunities through targeted outreach, lead generation, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively search for and identify new business leads via job boards (SEEK, LinkedIn) and other channels, targeting key decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Senior Managers)
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through personalized messages and emails, highlighting our services and value propositions
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, positioning our services as a solution to their hiring needs
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads by tracking outreach activities and follow-ups, ensuring ongoing engagement with prospects
  • Sales Support: Schedule meetings for senior consultants with interested prospects, handing over qualified leads and supporting the sales process where needed
Requirements:
  • Sales-driven: Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience: Preferred experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
  • Self-motivated: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
