Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle, securing new roles for candidates, and building strong relationships with clients. You will drive growth and business through exceptional talent acquisition and strategic business development and relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Screening

You will source, screen, and interview candidates to find the best fit for our clients' needs.

Cultivating Client Relationships

You will cultivate and maintain robust client and candidate relationships, ensuring exceptional service and delivering high levels of satisfaction.

Business Development

You will attend networking events and meetings with clients to build your network and broaden industry connections, driving business growth and development.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 Years Recruitment Experience

You will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an established agency.

Demonstrated Sales Focus and Business Acumen

You will have a strong consultative approach and ability to build lasting relationships, with a proven ability to excel in a sales-focused environment and drive business development.

Excellent Communication Skills

You will have high energy, passion for success, and outstanding communication skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Commission-based earnings up to 45%

You will earn a competitive commission-based income, with the potential to earn up to 45% of your total sales.
