Your Role at Brook Recruitment

This role is critical for driving new business opportunities through targeted outreach, lead generation, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales focus and be proactive in identifying and pursuing potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively search for and identify new business leads via job boards (SEEK, LinkedIn) and other channels, targeting key decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Senior Managers).
  2. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through personalised messages, highlighting our services and value propositions.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, positioning our services as a solution to their hiring needs.
  4. Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads by tracking outreach activities and follow-ups, ensuring ongoing engagement with prospects.
  5. Sales Support: Schedule meetings for senior consultants with interested prospects, handing over qualified leads and supporting the sales process where needed.

Requirements:

  • Sales-driven with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
