Your Role at Brook Recruitment

This role is critical for driving new business opportunities through targeted outreach, lead generation, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales focus and be proactive in identifying and pursuing potential clients. The role will initially be one day per week with the opportunity for this to increase over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively search for and identify new business leads via job boards (SEEK, LinkedIn) and other channels, targeting key decision-makers.">
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through personalised messages and emails, highlighting our services and value propositions.">
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, positioning our services as a solution to their hiring needs.">
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads by tracking outreach activities and follow-ups, ensuring ongoing engagement with prospects.">
  • Sales Support: Schedule meetings for senior consultants with interested prospects, handing over qualified leads and supporting the sales process where needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales-driven with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.">
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.">
  • Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment is preferred.">
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$50,000 - AU$60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company offers a range of benefits, including beautiful office spaces, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
