As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing merchant credit applications, making informed credit decisions, and ensuring compliance with lending policies.

  • Assess creditworthiness by reviewing financial profiles, income, liabilities, and living expenses.

  • Conduct credit bureau and banking history checks to determine risk.

  • Makes recommendations or approvals within a defined lending mandate.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, brokers, and customers to deliver timely decisions.

  • Support continuous improvement of credit workflows and risk policy frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills for dealing with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with credit systems and mailbox management.

  • A relevant qualification in finance, economics, or equivalent practical experience in the credit space.
