Job Title: Credit Collection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Collection Specialist to join our national shared services credit team in Fortitude Valley, Queensland.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that involves managing end-to-end accounts receivable and credit functions, including daily receipting, client onboarding and credit risk assessments, manual invoicing and accounts inbox management, collection of overdue invoices within your debtor portfolio, resolving invoice disputes with payroll, operations team and clients, report preparation, internal stakeholder management, and providing additional administrative support to the National Credit Controller.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a credit officer or controller position, professional and courteous phone manner, excellent communication skills, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, experience with a large ERP desirable, exceptional customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.
