As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from initiation and design through to construction and handover. This role involves coordinating various stakeholders, including project teams, contractors, and governing authorities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Design and Procurement: Oversee the development and procurement of designs, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Contract Administration: Manage and coordinate contract activities, including tendering, negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication and engagement with project teams, stakeholders, and governing authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or similar.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary capital works projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of legislation, regulations, design standards, and codes of practice relating to construction and infrastructure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and contract specifications.
