Construction Manager Role
About the position
We are seeking a seasoned construction leader to lead the planning and execution of national capital works projects, spanning full knockdown rebuilds, format upgrades, and equipment rollouts.
This is a high-level role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and strong commercial acumen. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex, high-value projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Mange contractor performance, scope control, and risk management
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations
  • Report progress, risks, and performance metrics to executive leadership
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-site capital works projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong foundation in construction project management, including budget control, scheduling, and project close-out
  • Experience in corporate construction, ideally with exposure to multi-site retail rollouts
  • Ability to work seamlessly across operational and strategic environments
