Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct transaction valuations for businesses, shares and financial instruments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote business growth by providing independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions on transaction terms.
  • Deliver high-quality financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for Infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing and share option valuations.
  • Offer strategic corporate finance and M&A advice on cost of capital, capital management and deal value analysis.
  • Evaluate portfolio performance to identify areas for improvement and inform investment decisions.
  • Mentor junior team members to maintain high-quality service delivery and foster professional development.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate expertise in core business valuations and manage client engagements across diverse industries.
  • Provide transaction-focused valuation advice, incorporating deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis and capital management.
  • Showcase skills in market research, data analysis, financial modeling, project management and delivering client results.
  • Exhibit exceptional consulting capabilities and client relationship skills.
  • Possess relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance.
