  • Prepare and present cost estimates to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to refine estimates and adjust as necessary.
  • Track and report on estimate performance and variance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator or in a similar role within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
  • Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
