We are seeking a dynamic Commercial HVAC Account Manager to join our growing team at Polyaire Air Conditioning Products.

The Role

As a Commercial HVAC Account Manager, your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by promoting Polyaire's core products: grilles, duct, fittings, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across Polyaire's core HVAC product range.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial and industrial HVAC sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure new clients.
  • Provide solution-based sales pitches tailored to the needs of customers.
  • Work closely with our commercial support teams, including Project Managers, Estimators, and Admin, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track ongoing construction projects and secure product specifications.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with experience in the HVAC or related industries. You should have a strong understanding of the commercial construction market and be able to demonstrate success in sales and business development.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven sales experience within the commercial HVAC or construction industry.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems is an advantage, with a focus on ducting, grilles, and controls.
