The Role

As a Commercial HVAC Account Manager at Polyaire Air Conditioning Products, your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by promoting our core products: grilles, duct, fittings, and controls. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with builders, mechanical contractors, and consultants, and ensuring that our products are utilised in key commercial and industrial projects.

You will achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across our core HVAC product range. This includes identifying new business opportunities and securing new clients, providing solution-based sales pitches tailored to the needs of customers, and working closely with our commercial support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across Polyaire's core HVAC product range
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial and industrial HVAC sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure new clients
  • Provide solution-based sales pitches tailored to the needs of customers
  • Work closely with our commercial support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with experience in the HVAC or related industries. You should have a strong understanding of the commercial construction market and be able to demonstrate success in sales and business development.

Key skills and experience include proven sales experience within the commercial HVAC or construction industry, strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets, and knowledge of HVAC systems is an advantage, with a focus on ducting, grilles, and controls.

Salary and Benefits

Our salary package includes a competitive base salary and bonus structure, company vehicle or allowance, phone, and laptop, and ongoing career development and training opportunities.

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
