Job Summary

Roc Consulting is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Manager to join their team. As a recognized leader in the design, installation, and upkeep of air conditioning and mechanical building services, the company is looking for an experienced professional to take on key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates and tender proposals for Commercial HVAC projects
  • Maintain an existing customer base while focusing on new business growth
  • Attend site meetings to discuss project requirements, provide technical solutions, and assist clients with design selections
  • Negotiate with suppliers and contractors
  • Knowledge of Excel and PDF measuring tools/calculation software is required
  • Update and maintain customer information on the company's CRM

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the HVAC industry is a requirement
  • Refrigeration/air conditioning trade background is a requirement
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is advantageous
  • Network of existing clients is advantageous
  • Driver's license is required
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools is required
  • Excellent communication and tendering skills are essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and autonomously generate new leads to achieve sales targets
