We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our team of HVAC service technicians, drive business growth, and develop new contracts in the Brisbane area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of experienced HVAC service technicians.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue growth in the Brisbane market.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quoting and Estimating: Provide accurate quotations and estimates for repair works and new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on division performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve growth targets.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • HVAC Background: A strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and principles.
  • Trade Certifications: Relevant trade certifications and licenses, such as electrical or mechanical trade qualifications.
  • 'On the Tools' Knowledge: Practical experience working with HVAC systems and equipment.
