We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service to high-value commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking ownership of regional growth and retention strategies, including volume targets, margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implementing structured call cycles and sales pipelines.
- Maintaining a high level of customer-focused activity, being out on the road serving key customers as much as possible.
- Delivering market-leading service and support to high-value commercial clients in your region.
- Skillfully moving customers through the sales process by selling the value of products and services, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to navigate win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
- Collaborating closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across QLD, and industry stakeholders to build a supportive network.
- Demonstrated sales experience from any industry with strong negotiation skills.
- A strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- An excellent verbal and written communication style, with excellent personal presentation.
- A clean and valid driver's license is a must-have.
