Builder Development Manager

Fisher & Paykel Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Builder Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, designers, architects, builders, and ABDs in the Sydney metro area.
As a Builder Development Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive commercial sales and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, designers, architects, builders, and ABDs in the Sydney metro area
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met
- Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive commercial sales and increase market share
- Identify and develop strategies to drive commercial sales and increase market share
- Stay up-to-date on changes, commercial best practice, and opportunities in the industry
- Track record of building strong commercial relationships
- Ability to listen and address customer requirements
- Ability to identify key stakeholders and tailor pitch to customer's needs
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with a highly commercial mindset
- Results-driven ability to establish new business and continue to add value with existing customers
