Senior Advisory Expert

At Turner & Townsend, we draw on our extensive global and industry experience to manage risk while maximising value and performance during the construction and operation of our clients' assets.

Our ideal candidate will work strategically with clients to improve their capital strategy, allocate capital, and set up major programs and projects for success. They will provide best-practice advice and hands-on help to clients, deploying consulting techniques to improve performance across the capital and project lifecycle.

The role involves working as part of an integrated team, taking ownership of major workstreams and deliverables, directing and coaching junior staff. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of business improvement approaches and frameworks, experience in similar consulting roles, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years' experience in a similar consulting role or 5 to 7 years' experience in a relevant role in the infrastructure / construction sector
  • Bachelor degree or other recognised professional qualification in one of the following fields: management consulting, business management, engineering, construction, procurement, contract management, project management, project controls or information technology
