Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a strategic advisor for workforce development.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our people-first organisation's overall human capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from writing job advertisements to conducting interviews and finalising offers.
  • Lead the administration and customisation of our HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring seamless integration with organisational processes.
  • Champion training and development initiatives, identifying learning needs and building capability across the organisation.
  • Provide business insights through people analytics, supporting decision-making.
  • Offer expert advice on people matters such as performance, engagement, and employee relations.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as a business partner or advisor. You should have strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, especially BambooHR, and confidence in system admin and configuration.

A passion for training and development, excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to coach and support leaders are essential.
