Strategic Human Capital Advisor

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Advisor to join our organization in Sydney. This key role will work closely with the Senior Human Resource Business Partner on strategic priorities, business objectives, and human capital initiatives.
The ideal candidate will partner with internal teams to drive workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, training, and development, as well as organizational effectiveness. They will also contribute to reviewing, improving, and implementing HR procedures, forms, and processes.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment and onboarding efforts
- Serve as a business partner to specific business groups and work closely with managers and employees
- Assist and lead value-added services, projects, and business improvement initiatives under our People Strategy
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to drive excellence
- Contribute to reviewing and improving HR procedures, forms, and processes
